What is the difference between HDMI output & HDMI port?
I want to buy a laptop and I see that some state HDMI output others HDMI port. What is the difference between HDMI output & HDMI port? All I want to do is be able to stream what I’m watching on the laptop to the plasma with an Hdmi Cable. Thanks.
HDMI output means that the HDMI signal will only transmit from the laptop to an external device (Like a TV). HDMI port means that the signal can go either in or out.
