Should I keep my 360 games in a case?

Recently, my Black Ops broke after having sustained multiple cracks, I don’t know how this happened as I ALWAYS look after my games. Many people have told me its the game box, they said that popping the game in and out of the box cracks it. I have a couple of little plastic cases for my DVDS in which you simply just slide the disc in and out, its almost like a d-skin. Should i keep my games in these little plastic cases?

Personally, I have never had a problem with the game cases, as far as I have placed them in gentally. If you feel that the dvd skins would be more effective, one of my cousins keeps his modded games in the skins and he has never gotten a scratch on any of his games.

You may want to get your laser on the inside of your xbox checked in case it’s defective, one of my friends had his scratch his Call of Duty 4 game.
